ETBC Arts & Crafts Show spaces are approximately 10 x 10 spaces. Please review all of the information below. Registrations will be confirmed in the order in which they were received. Additional fees will apply per extra space requested.
*NO ANIMALS! Only pre-approved service animals will be permitted on campus. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us before registering!
Your booth space is only secured with a completed registration AND payment.
Note: Some display areas will be on grass and others may be located on asphalt. Shade Is Not Guaranteed!
Setup Information: * Setup is on the event day, Saturday, May 30, from 6:00 am - 8:30 am. Arriving earlier than 6:00 am will not change your booth location. We will assign the spaces in an effort to better accommodate all entries as some may have more booth space. Special requests can be made however, we may not be able to guarantee all requests. * No vehicles will be allowed to enter the set-up area after 8:15 am. * All vehicles must be out of the set-up area by 8:15 am with no exceptions, so please plan accordingly. * You must provide your own tables, chairs, and tents. * Power is not provided. * Please understand that "setup" time is for unloading vehicle merchandise, tents, etc. * To assist with the best flow for unloading, please enter through the Knights Griffin Rd. entrance furthest from McIntosh Rd. * Once your vehicle, trailer, etc. is UNLOADED, your vehicle will need to be removed from the setup location and parked for the day. Please do not begin your setup until you have unloaded the vehicle. We will direct you that morning to where that will be. *We DO NOT have the resources or ability to help you unload your items, so please plan accordingly. Bring carts and people to help!
Sales and Distribution: * You will be responsible for all sales transactions (cash or electronic). Cash, change, or WIFI (for electronic transactions) WILL NOT be provided. * Food vendors are to follow health department rules & regulations. No food trucks.
Weather Questions: * ETBC Craft Show is a rain or shine event! Check the forecast and plan accordingly. NO REFUNDS!
Breaking Down and Departure: * We will advertise a "closing time" for as 4 pm. We want folks to enjoy the day for as long as possible. We usually find that around 4 pm is when things are really wrapping up, however, we understand that you may need to leave earlier than that time. If you do, please know that your vehicle cannot be driven up to your booth nor can you park it in the traffic path. You cannot drive inside the barricades. Please plan accordingly. You do not need to check out with anyone when you are leaving.
Final Thoughts...Please remember that ETBC Craft Fair is a community event. This is a faith based venue. No smoking, alcohol or foul language is permitted. We aren't professionals but we do our best! We ask for your patience and grace as we try our best to accommodate you that day and we thank you once again for joining us!
