Pastor Jim has been leading our church for nearly 30 years. Pastor Jim holds fast to the authority of scripture and his messages reflect his strong biblical values. Pastor Jim is married to Diane and they have three adult children.

Danny joined us in October 2022. He will be helping our church families to connect inside the church walls and to reach those outside of them. He is married to Tara and they have 2 children, Jeremiah and Zoe.

Jake Rigsby, Church Operations Manager

Jake has led our Student Ministry since 2016. Jake is a "home grown" product of the ETBC youth group. He has a passion for reaching students with the gospel of Jesus.

Rebecca Buttram, Director of Student Ministries

Rebecca is one of our newest staff members (joining us in 2021) but she certainly isn't new to us! Rebecca was also raised here at ETBC. She is married to Jai and they have 3 children, Carson, Causey, & Quinn.
